Key Responsibilities:

Design lesson plans aligned with DepEd's Most Essential Learning Competencies (MELCs).

Deliver lessons that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.

Use innovative teaching strategies, technology, and resources to enhance student learning.

Develop and administer assessments to evaluate student progress and understanding.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student performance.

Provide timely and constructive feedback to students and parents.

Guide students in academic, social, and emotional growth.

Promote discipline, responsibility, and respect within the classroom.

Identify and address the needs of students requiring additional support.

Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and school administration.

Participate in faculty meetings, professional development programs, and training.

Contribute to school activities, programs, and events.

Create a safe and conducive learning environment.

Ensure proper care and use of school facilities, materials, and resources.
