Warehouse Inventory Analyst

The Warehouse Inventory Analyst ensures the accuracy of warehouse inventory through daily monitoring, reporting, and reconciliation. This role tracks inventory movements, investigates discrepancies, and prepares reports such as near-expiry and damaged goods reports.

The position works closely with warehouse, purchasing, and finance teams to maintain accurate inventory records and support efficient warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate daily Inventory on Hand and Inventory Transaction Reports for stock monitoring and reconciliation.
  • Track and validate inventory movements, including Transfer Orders (TO) and Inbound Receiving Reports (IRR).
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inventory counts, reconciling discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
  • Prepare and submit Near Expiry Reports and Bad Order Reports.
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies using system records, warehouse documentation, and Pick & Pack photos.
  • Process stock adjustments only after validation and proper approvals from Finance/Inventory teams.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, and finance teams for accurate reporting and resolution of inventory issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Accounting, or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or inventory analysis.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reconciliation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with inventory management systems.
  • Detail-oriented with strong communication and coordination skills.
