Sales Assistant

JOB BRIEF:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Assistant to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and individuals starting their careers in sales. The successful candidate will support the sales team, assist customers, and help ensure smooth day-to-day sales operations.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist customers with product inquiries and purchases.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, and other sales-related documents.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Follow up with customers regarding orders and after-sales concerns.
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets.
• Perform other administrative and sales-related tasks as assigned.

SKILLS/ JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Graduate of any business-related course or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
