Corporate Design Manager

About the role

As the Corporate Design Manager at KFC, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and implementation of the Company's visual identity across all channels. This is a full-time position based in Quezon City, Metro Manila. You will play a key role in shaping the brand's aesthetic and ensuring a consistent look and feel is applied throughout the organization.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead the conceptualization and execution of store designs, ensuring alignment with global brand identity.
• Develop store layouts and design elements that enhance functionality and customer experience.
• Adapt international design guidelines to fit local market requirements without compromising brand integrity.
• Oversee the end-to-end design process, from schematics to concept development to permit and construction drawings.
• Coordinate with the designers, trade engineers and project superintendents to ensure design intent is maintained.
• Manage design timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure cost-effective and timely completion.
• Work closely with franchise partners, marketing and operations, to align store designs with business objectives.
• Present design proposals and obtain approvals from key stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits and provide guidance to ensure quality execution.
• Stay updated on retail design trends, customer behavior, and technological advancements.
• Recommend design improvements that enhance brand presence and operational efficiency.
• Implement sustainable and cost-effective design solutions.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Restaurant, Retail and Industrial Design and Construction.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating cohesive and visually compelling brand assets.
• Proficiency in CAD, Sketchup, and Photoshop, and Revit.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into design solutions.
• Keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining brand consistency.
• Understanding of design trends, principles, and best practices in the architecture and design industry
