- Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in the automotive service industry, specifically within a quick-lube, express service, or general automotive repair environment.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in a management or supervisory role, demonstrating the ability to lead and develop a team of technicians.
- - Comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of quick-lube services, including oil changes, fluid flushes, tire rotations, filter replacements, battery checks, and basic vehicle inspections.

- Thorough knowledge and strict enforcement of shop safety procedures and environmental regulations for waste disposal.
