Overview:We are seeking an enthusiastic L&D Associate with a keen interest in Organizational Development (OD) to support programs that enhance employee growth, engagement, and organizational effectiveness. This role is ideal for a recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in training, curriculum development, and talent development initiatives with an OD perspective.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing and delivering learning programs, workshops, and e-learning content.
- Support curriculum development and training materials aligned with employee development needs.
- Assist in employee programs, succession planning, and other OD initiatives.
- Help assess training and OD program effectiveness through feedback and metrics.
- Collaborate with L&D and HR teams to identify development needs and opportunities.
- Maintain training records and support learning events or OD initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Internship or project experience in L&D, HR, or organizational development is a plus.
- Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to employee growth and organizational initiatives.
Preferred Skills:
- Basic understanding of OD concepts, succession planning, and performance management.
- Familiarity with learning management systems or digital training tools.
- Creativity, organization, and attention to detail.
