Certified Public Accountant

Job Description:

The CPA will collaborate closely with management and various departments to improve financial processes, optimize performance, and support company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, analyze, and validate financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
• Monitor and maintain strong internal controls and recommend process improvements.
• Conduct financial analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning.
• Coordinate with external auditors during audit engagements.
• Provide guidance on financial strategies, cost management, and business risks.
• Assist in developing financial policies and ensuring adherence across the company.
• Review and validate journal entries, account schedules, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Strengthen and maintain internal controls within the Accounting and Finance Department.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA); newly licensed CPAs and fresh graduates with CPA eligibility are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in MS Excel; familiarity with accounting systems is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy in financial work.
• Good organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a corporate finance environment.
• Comfortable with a full on-site setup in Sta. Mesa, Manila.
