About this Role
As a key member of our Officetech Support Team, you'll be the go-to expert on Client's Officetech application. You'll provide essential support to our customer, including: managing customer requests, solving customer issues, application guidance and customer upgrades.
Key Responsibilities- Investigate and troubleshoot customer support tickets related to Client’s Officetech functionality.
- Manage help desk tickets, ensuring timely responses and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Provide detailed information to development, integration, and reporting teams for technical issues or tasks.
- Respond directly to customers with solutions, including creating knowledge base articles as needed.
- Assist with quality assurance and testing activities.
- Support implementation and consulting teams as required.
- Manage and execute customer upgrades.
Requirements
What We're Looking For:
- At least 3 years of experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service in a technical environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft SQL querying and scripting.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts like file shares.
- Strong understanding of Windows operating systems.
- Knowledge of Robocopy for effective file and data migrations
