Job Summary

The Litigation Specialist is responsible in coordinating and conducting follow-ups with courts, tribunals, government agencies and external counsels to monitor the progress and developments of the ITL accounts within his/her assigned area.

Job Description

Prepares and submits an ITL Report in the prescribed format (NITREP) showing the status, developments and other significant details
Does fieldwork and court visitation as necessary or as may be required by the management
Prepares and processes requests for payment and liquidation of filing fees and other litigation related expenses in accordance with the existing company policies and procedures
Prepares and facilitates requests/endorsements for posting of bonds, service of summons, implementation of writs and other concerns relating to ITL
Performs all other related functions as may be assigned by management from time to time

Qualifications

Graduate of Legal Management, Political Science, Social Science, English studies or equivalent
At least one (1) year of work experience
Above average verbal and written communication skills
Attention to details
Knowledgeable in Legal processes
Must be willing to report daily onsite
Preferably with driving skills and must have a valid driver’s license
Willing to do fieldwork
