Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers and providing exceptional service while addressing their auto repair needs.
• Understanding customers’ concerns and providing detailed information about our services and promotions.
• Assisting with scheduling appointments and following up with customers for feedback and satisfaction.
• Managing customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring resolutions are reached swiftly.
• Supporting the sales team by promoting additional services and products that benefit the customer and enhance their experience.
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborating with technicians to ensure customer requests are fulfilled accurately and promptly.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales and customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
