Overview:
A leading client in Techno Park, Laguna is seeking a seasonedSenior Business Analystwith over10 years of experienceto join their growing team. This hybrid role offers a dynamic work environment and the opportunity for long-term career growth through client absorption.
Key Responsibilities:
This role is responsible for Functional design and functional for one or more application modules for all company sites. eTrace is the Warehouse and Shopfloor execution system for the EP factories which will be rolled out to other sites and future acquisitions if any.This role will take ownership of technical development and/or functional support of other applications, with the purpose to support manufacturing activities and fulfill business requirement.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in IT or tech-driven industries
- Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills
- Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and drive results
- Comfortable working in a hybrid setup (3x/week onsite in Laguna)
