Virtual Assistant For Company Director

  • Manage the owner's calendar, schedule meetings, and send reminders
  • Book domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Monitor and respond to emails on behalf of the team
  • Prepare and format basic reports using Google Sheets or Excel
  • Review member activity and performance.
  • In depth review of invoices
  • Making basic changes to our websites.

As a Virtual Assistant, you will also be responsible for coordinating with suppliers, handling data entry, providing invoice and finance support, overseeing team tasks, and monitoring website content. Your contributions will ensure the smooth operation of our business and help us continue to thrive in international markets.
