OPERATIONS MANAGER
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager for our growing car rental and transportation services company.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum of 3–5 years experience in fleet management, transport, logistics, or car rental operations
- Strong knowledge of operations management and P&L monitoring
- Experience in handling drivers and transportation scheduling
- Proficient in booking systems, Microsoft Office, and CRM software
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Able to work under pressure and handle multiple operations simultaneously
- Preferably with supervisory or managerial experience
- Experience in hotel shuttle or transport operations is an advantage
