USRN Healthcare Trainer - Ortigas, Pasig Site

Sign-On Bonus: PHP 70,000

We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced USRN Trainer to support our Healthcare BPO operations. This role is responsible for delivering training programs, enhancing employee performance, and ensuring that healthcare professionals and support teams are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to meet client expectations and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate training sessions for new hires and tenured employees within the healthcare account.
• Design, update, and deliver training materials based on client and business requirements.
• Conduct knowledge assessments and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance support to trainees and employees.
• Partner with Operations, Quality, and other stakeholders to identify training needs and performance gaps.
• Ensure all training content aligns with healthcare regulations, client guidelines, and company policies.
• Maintain training records, reports, and performance documentation.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Active Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) license.
• Active US Registered Nurse (USRN) license; New York license is preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Trainer in a BPO environment.
• At least 1 year of experience supporting a Healthcare account.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
• Comfortable working onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City.
• Willing to work on a permanent night shift schedule.
