Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead Management: Oversee the process of capturing, qualifying, and routing leads to the sales team. Implement lead scoring and prioritization strategies.
- Sales Workflow Management: Define and manage the sales workflow, including stages, actions, and criteria for moving leads through the pipeline.
- Communication Automation: Develop and execute automated communication strategies for leads and prospects, including personalized emails, SMS, and other channels.
- Task Automation: Set up and manage automated tasks and reminders for sales team members, ensuring timely follow-ups and actions.
- Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular reports and insights on sales performance, conversion rates, and funnel analysis. Use data-driven insights to make improvements.
- CRM Integration: Work closely with the CRM team to ensure seamless integration of Sales Orchestrator with the company's CRM system.
- Lead Nurturing: Collaborate with marketing to develop lead nurturing campaigns and strategies to engage and convert leads at different stages of the sales funnel.
- Sales Playbooks: Develop and maintain sales playbooks that guide sales representatives on best practices for various sales scenarios.
- Training and Support: Train and support sales team members in using Sales Orchestrator tools effectively.
- Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to streamline sales operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (master's degree is a plus).
- Proven experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or a related role.
- Proficiency with sales automation and CRM software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing best practices.
- Experience with AI and machine learning tools (a plus).
