Seasonal Sales Coordinator (1-Month Contract)

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Seasonal Sales Coordinator to support sales operations during a peak business period. The role involves coordinating sales activities, monitoring orders, overseeing the Sales Order (SO) process, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth communication between departments.

• Monitor and track sales orders from processing to fulfillment.
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, and other departments to ensure timely order execution.
• Oversee the Sales Order (SO) process and ensure accuracy of documentation.
• Prepare and maintain sales monitoring reports and operational updates.
• Track order status and proactively address issues affecting delivery timelines.
• Assist in managing customer inquiries related to order status and coordination.
• Ensure accurate encoding, filing, and maintenance of sales records.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to the Sales Team.
• Perform other tasks related to sales operations as assigned.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related field.
• Experience in sales coordination, order processing, monitoring, reporting, or administrative support.
• Experience handling or overseeing Sales Order (SO) processes is an advantage.
• Strong coordination, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on-site in Manggahan, Pasig City.

• Fixed-term employment for one (1) month.
• Immediate hiring preferred.
