About the role
Cavite contracting services inc. is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to join our team in Imus City Cavite. As a Forklift Operator, you will play a crucial role in our warehousing and distribution operations, ensuring the efficient and safe movement of materials and products.This is a full-time position that offers opportunities for career growth within our dynamic organisation.
What you'll be doing- Safely operating forklifts and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and move materials and products within the warehouse
- Performing pre-operational checks and routine maintenance on forklift trucks to maintain optimal performance and safety
- Adhering to all health and safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- Collaborating with the warehouse team to optimise storage and inventory management
- Maintaining accurate records of all forklift operations and movements
- Assisting with other warehouse duties as required
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Forklift Operator in a warehousing or logistics environment
- Valid forklift operator's licence and certification
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory control processes
