We are hiring for awesome Data Engineers for our #iopexhappy@work team.

Job Description:

• Design and implement efficient data processing workflows and ETL pipelines
• Develop and maintain data warehousing and data lake solutions
• Automate data ingestion, transformation, and quality control processes
• Optimize database performance and scalability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Document data models, pipelines, and procedures to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve data infrastructure and implement innovative solutions

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Data Engineer or similar role in the Information & Communication Technology industry
• Strong technical skills in data modelling, ETL, and data pipeline development using tools like Airflow, Spark, Kafka, Hadoop, etc.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases and NoSQL data stores
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Strong communication skills to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Should be willing to work onsite on a shifting schedule in BGC, Taguig
