QA QC Billing Analyst (Architecture or Civil Engineering Graduates)

We are looking for a QA/QC Billing Analyst with a solid technical foundation in construction and a sharp eye for accuracy and compliance. The ideal candidate is a Civil Engineer, Architect, or Quantity Surveyor with extensive knowledge of billing, cost control, and quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) in construction projects.

This role is crucial in ensuring that billings are accurate, compliant, and aligned with project progress and quality standards—safeguarding both financial integrity and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities (Core Functions):

• Billing & Documentation Accuracy – Validate, prepare, and process progress billings based on project accomplishments, contracts, and QA/QC standards.
• Quality & Compliance Assurance – Ensure all billings and supporting documents comply with contracts, client requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Coordination & Reporting – Work closely with project managers, engineers, and QA/QC teams to ensure accurate reporting and timely submission of billing documents.

Core Competencies:

• Licensed/Graduate of Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Quantity Surveying.
• Strong knowledge of billing processes, project costing, QA/QC standards, and construction contracts.
• Exceptional attention to detail with high accuracy in validating quantities and accomplishments.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, billing software, and project documentation systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for coordinating across departments.

• Variance rate reduction between billed amounts and approved quantities (minimal discrepancies).
• Positive feedback from project and finance teams on billing efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Quantity Surveying (license is an advantage).
• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in billing, cost analysis, or QA/QC in the construction industry.
• Strong background in project documentation, cost validation, and contract compliance.
• Experience in large-scale construction projects is a plus.
