Qualifications/Requirements- With 6–12 months experience in Customer Service and Support.
- No prior work experience is still encouraged to apply — training will be provided.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with online tools.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
