Finance Manager

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in financial management, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QNE, SAP, Oracle).
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Requirements:

• Develop and implement financial strategies and policies.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports and statements.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Manage cash flow and ensure timely payment of obligations.
• Monitor and control expenses to optimize costs.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks.
• Adhere to financial regulations and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial support and analysis.
• Continuously improve financial processes and systems.

Additional Skills (Preferred but not required):

• CPA certification or other relevant financial certifications.
• Knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
• Experience in financial reporting and analysis for regulatory compliance.
• Ability to lead and mentor financial team.
