QA Teste for Mobile Games and Apps (Project-Based)

Overview of the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Tester to join our team. In this role, you will help ensure that our software applications—particularly rhythm-based games—perform smoothly and meet quality standards before release. You will work closely with a Project Lead or Senior QA to execute test cases, identify and report bugs, and verify fixes across mobile, PC, and web platforms.

• Execute test cases and document results accurately
• Identify, report, and track bugs and issues
• Verify bug fixes and perform regression testing
• Ensure applications meet functional and usability standards
• Collaborate with the QA team and developers to improve product quality
• Follow testing procedures and meet project deadlines

• At least two (2) years of college education or equivalent work experience
• Basic understanding of QA concepts, testing methods, and terminology
• Minimum of 6 months QA testing experience required
• Familiarity with functional testing and bug reporting tools/processes
• Basic knowledge of bug reporting tools is sufficient for this position
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Willingness to work flexible shifts as needed
• Availability to work night shifts when required
• Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn
• Basic computer skills (documents, spreadsheets, online tools)
• Ability to work independently with guidance and as part of a team

• Experience playing rhythm games
• Ability to complete Hard to Expert difficulty levels in Guitar Hero or similar games
• Basic knowledge of manual QA testing
• Experience playing a live guitar is a strong advantage
