Clinical Trainer | Healthcare BPO (Must be PHRN)

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Trainer to join our Healthcare BPO team.

The ideal candidate is a Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) with a strong background in training and U.S. healthcare operations, particularly in Utilization Management Review (UMR), Denials & Appeals, and Prior Authorization and RCM

In this role, you will design and deliver engaging training programs, facilitate new hire onboarding, and support continuous learning initiatives to ensure operational excellence and client satisfaction.

• Conduct new hire training, refresher courses, and upskilling sessions for healthcare operations teams.
• Develop and update training materials, job aids, process documentation, and learning resources.
• Deliver training on U.S. healthcare processes, including Utilization Management Review (UMR), Prior Authorization, and Denials & Appeals.
• Assess trainee performance through knowledge checks, nesting support, and coaching sessions.
• Partner with Operations, Quality, and Client stakeholders to identify training needs and close performance gaps.
• Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, quality metrics, and feedback.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to improve employee performance and compliance.
• Ensure all training content aligns with client requirements, regulatory standards, and company policies.

• Active Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) license is required.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Clinical Trainer in a Healthcare BPO environment.
• Strong experience in Utilization Management Review (UMR), Prior Authorization, and Denials & Appeals for U.S. healthcare accounts.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and coaching skills.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and virtual training platforms.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including night shifts, as needed.
