URGENT! | Quality Auditor (Tarlac - Onsite)

Salary: PHP 25,000 - 28,000 + PHP 2,000 allowance/month

About the Role

We are loooking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Auditor to join our growing team in ECC-Tarlac. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity to help maintain and improve service excellence by evaluating customer interactions and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

• Educational Attainment: Must be a college graduate
• At least 2-3 years of experience in BPO Quality Assurance
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiar with quality tools, root cause analysis (RCA), and regulatory requirements
• Experience in monitoring voice, email, and chat interactions
• Quality certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, Quality Management) are an advantage

• Monitor and assess the quality of customer service interactions across different channels (calls, emails, chat)
• Evaluate case logs, customer feedback, and adherence to processes
• Conduct coaching sessions and calibration meetings
• Generate and analyze quality reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
• Recommend improvements to minimize service errors and improve performance
• Participate in process improvement and client satisfaction programs
