POSITION: EXECUTIVE COORDINATOR

Executive adviser for Quality Assurance and Technology Department (QA&T) YTPI and YRC – Japan RADIC.
Facilitates realization of new product development until safe launch by:

o Execution of APQP process as required by applicable regulation

o Coordination with YRC – RADIC TDD and TMDD for new product development concerns.

o Managing matters concerning Tire Assembly, Mold and Curing Specifications

Support local teams in negotiating with the schedule of local or overseas tire evaluations to acquire results based on the required timelines

o Oversee the delivery and procurement of the tools needed by communicating directly with YRC Japan to ensure timely execution.
o Prepare detailed reports for YTPI management on the status of new tire developments and other matters concerning plantwide operations.

Provide technical expertise in addressing material or tire quality issues that may arise to maintain production efficiency

Qualifications/Requirements

Completed Tertiary education in any field of Mechanical Engineering
Must be fluent in Nihongo (reading, writing, and speaking technical tire manufacturing terminologies)
At least (10) years experience in tire manufacturing plant.
Ability to work collegially and collaboratively
