Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Project Coordinator to lead and manage the overall operations, performance, and growth of the various departments in the Real Estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and oversee all departmental operations and activities.
• Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with organizational goals.
• Set performance targets and monitor team productivity and outcomes.
• Manage budgets, resources, and departmental expenditures efficiently.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate team members and managers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve overall business performance.
• Identify opportunities for improvement, innovation, and growth.
• Prepare reports and present departmental performance to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a Business Administration, Engineering, or relevant courses.
• Proven experience in a leadership or managerial role
• Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities
• Experience in budgeting, planning, and performance management
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
