Supply Chain Coordinator (Bilingual) – Spanish & English (Onsite | Nightshift)

Key Responsibilities
- Support Supply Chain, Planning, and Operations meetings, providing updates on demand, capacity, and execution status
- Monitor and execute supply and tooling demand across local and international sites
- Coordinate end-to-end domestic and international logistics, including inbound, outbound, and return flows
- Plan and optimize transportation routes, carrier selection, load consolidation, and delivery schedules
- Manage site-to-site transfers, inventory movements, and system updates (e.g., ETM or equivalent supply chain tools)
- Track shipment performance, lead times, and exceptions to ensure on-time and in-full delivery
- Support forecasting of shipment volumes and capacity requirements in coordination with planning teams
- Assist with transportation cost analysis and optimization initiatives
- Prepare and deliver regular supply chain reports, dashboards, and stakeholder updates
- Identify process gaps and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain operations
- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
- Background in supply chain, logistics, planning, or operations
- Experience coordinating domestic and international transportation
- Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems and planning tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and take ownership
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-pressure supply chain environments
- Demand, transportation, or production planning and scheduling
- Inventory, asset, or tooling management
- Exposure to TMS, ERP, or supply chain planning systems
- Transportation cost modeling or simulation
- Process improvement or continuous improvement mindset
- Experience supporting control tower or centralized supply chain operations
