About the Role:
We’re looking for a Field Sales Executive to build strong, trusted relationships with used car dealers and help drive the growth of OneLot’s lending products. In this role, you’ll spend time on the ground meeting dealers, understanding their buying and selling cycles, and helping them unlock the full value of OneLot’s financing solutions.You’ll play a key role in converting new dealers, increasing product utilization among existing partners, and ensuring long-term client satisfaction.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being in the field, thrives on relationship-building, and takes ownership of both results and dealer experience. If you’re comfortable balancing sales targets with service excellence, this role offers visible impact and autonomy.
What you will do:
- Build and manage strong relationships with used-car dealers through regular field visits and check-ins.
- Pitch OneLot’s financing solutions to new dealer prospects and drive adoption among existing accounts.
- Manage your assigned loan book to grow utilization, disbursements, and portfolio performance.
- Achieve individual and team sales, conversion, and disbursement targets.
- Capture dealer feedback and competitive insights to improve products and processes.
- Resolve escalations from key accounts to ensure long-term dealer satisfaction.
- Support and guide junior team members during complex or high-touch sales engagements.
What we will need:
- 3 – 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or client-facing roles.
- Prior experience in financing, lending, or credit-based products is required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills across multiple channels (in-person, phone, SMS, and email).
- Results-oriented, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and a proactive mindset toward achieving sales goals
- Able to operate effectively in an environment with evolving processes, high ownership, and clear performance accountability.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Personal car or motorcycle to visit dealers.
- Fluent in Filipino; conversational to intermediate proficiency in English, sufficient for business discussions, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.
