Manage the Distributor’s major Customers to achieve sales targets, grow the different categories through program execution, and implementation of operational efficiencies.Specific Functions:
o Achievement of sell-out, distribution, strike rate, sales skewing, category growth and market hygiene targets & introduction of New Products
o Achievement of business & category plans based on set strategies
o Consistent application of standards and policies on account management & coverage
o Trade standards & cycle plan implementation
o Management of Accounts Receivables
o Effective reportage feedback & communication to Distributor Leadership Team

- Male
- College Graduate
- Preferably 2 years field sales/account management experience in FMCG environment
- can drive motor/ 4 wheels (must have Professional Driver's License)
- Knowledgeable to do report presentation with good communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure under minimal supervision
- Computer Literate
- With Management and Leadership Skills
