Clinical Operations Leadership Roles (USRN) – Manager to Director
We are hiring experienced Clinical Operations Leaders (USRN) across multiple levels—Manager, Senior Manager, Associate Director, and Director—to lead and scale clinical and healthcare business process management teams. These roles provide operational, people, and strategic leadership across Utilization Management (UM), Case Management, and Medication Therapy Management (MTM) functions.
Depending on level, the role will focus on frontline leadership, multi‑team oversight, or enterprise‑level operational and clinical strategy, while ensuring quality, compliance, and strong business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
People Leadership & Team Management- Lead, coach, and develop clinical and healthcare operations teams, ranging from professional staff to supervisors and managers
- Drive team performance across productivity, quality, engagement, and compliance
- Provide clear direction, performance feedback, and support through ongoing change
- Model strong leadership presence, professionalism, and customer‑centric mindset
- For senior levels, oversee managers and large, complex organizations (up to 100+ FTEs)
- Oversee Utilization Management, Case Management, MTM, and related healthcare operations
- Ensure adherence to clinical guidelines, internal policies, and regulatory standards
- Identify, analyze, and resolve operational, workflow, and performance challenges
- Monitor outcomes and implement adjustments to meet evolving business and clinical needs
- Translate business and clinical strategies into clear operational plans
- Contribute to forecasting, capacity planning, and workforce planning
- Drive process improvement, service optimization, and operational efficiency
- Make data‑driven decisions impacting multiple teams, stakeholders, and customers
- For Associate Director and Director levels, influence enterprise initiatives and long‑term strategy
- Partner effectively with clinical leaders, operations, and cross‑functional stakeholders
- Communicate goals, priorities, and results clearly at all levels of the organization
- Lead continuous improvement and transformational initiatives
- Thrive in a matrixed, fast‑paced environment with growth and ambiguity
Qualifications (Level‑Based Fit)

Manager / Senior Manager- 5+ years of experience in UM, Case Management, MTM, or Healthcare BPM
- 3+ years of people leadership experience managing professionals and/or supervisors
- Proven experience leading teams of ~50 FTEs
- Strong problem‑solving, communication, and execution skills
- Ability to translate strategy into operational results
- 10+ years of experience in Healthcare BPM / Clinical Operations
- 3+ years leading managers and/or senior professional staff
- Demonstrated experience leading large, complex teams (100+ FTEs)
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Experience driving large‑scale initiatives, change, and operational excellence
- Open to assignment at Makati, Alabang, Quezon City, Cebu, or Davao
- US shift
- Hybrid work setup with willingness to report onsite as required
