Accounting / Finance Supervisor for CDO

Is currently looking for:

ACCOUNTING / FINANCE SUPERVISOR FOR CDO

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor’s Degree holder in any field such as Accountancy, Finance, or Business Management Related Courses.
2. At least 10 years of related experience in accounting or finance works with supervisory functions preferably with a real estate company.
3. Must be knowledgeable in managing all accounting, audit or any aspect of finance and related activities.
4. Male / Female
5. Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
6. Above average level of proficiency in computer literacy [Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Google Drive, and other relevant software and applications needed.]
7. Can travel within VISMIN areas; as well as, driving skills of 2-4 wheeled vehicles with Driver’s License is a PLUS.
8. Trustworthy with pleasing personality; can exercise authority and decision with higher level of practicality and common sense; and can function and deliver obligations with least supervision.
