Klaviyo Email Specialist

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate is fast, reliable, and thrives in a structured execution role supporting multiple client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement email campaigns and automations in Klaviyo based on provided briefs and templates
• Make design edits to email deliverables using Figma as the design review platform
• Build and QA emails within Klaviyo, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency across client accounts
• Pull performance data from email platforms and compile it into client-facing reporting decks
• Move deliverables through the project pipeline using Notion as the project management tool
• Collaborate with campaign managers via Slack to ensure timely execution of deliverables
• Support the team with day-to-day operational tasks related to email and SMS marketing execution
• Maintain organized workflows and meet deadlines across multiple client accounts simultaneously

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Klaviyo, including campaign builds, automation setup, and email implementation
• Experience using Figma for design review and making edits to email creatives
• Familiarity with Notion or similar project management tools
• Fast and accurate email builder — ability to implement emails quickly and with minimal errors
• Strong attention to detail, especially when working across multiple client accounts
• Comfortable pulling data from email platforms and organizing it into structured reports
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong communication skills via Slack and email

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in an agency environment managing deliverables across multiple clients
• Familiarity with SMS marketing platforms and workflows
• Background in e-commerce email marketing
• Experience compiling performance reports or analytics summaries for client presentations
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
• Knowledge of email design best practices, including responsive design and accessibility
