Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock and supplies.
• Safely store goods in designated areas, following proper inventory procedures.
• Monitor stock levels, conduct regular counts, and reconcile discrepancies.
• Prepare, pack, and dispatch goods accurately and on time.
• Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety within the stockroom/warehouse.
• Operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse tools (where required).
• Report low stock, damages, or shortages to the supervisor/purchasing officer.
• Assist in implementing stock control procedures and supporting audits.
• Qualifications & Skills:
• High school diploma or equivalent (vocational/technical training is a plus).
• Previous experience in stock handling, warehousing, or logistics preferred.
• Basic computer literacy for inventory systems and stock recording.
• Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving heavy items.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliability.
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety practices.
