About the role
We are seeking an experienced Aircon Technician to join our dynamic team at DDC Coolmakers & Powerbuilders Corporation in Quezon City, Metro Manila. As a full-time Aircon Technician, you will be responsible for providing expert installation, maintenance and repair services for our commercial and residential clients.
What you'll be doing- Perform installations, servicing, and repairs of various air conditioning and refrigeration systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC equipment to identify and resolve problems
- Conduct preventative maintenance checks and services to ensure optimal performance
- Document all work performed, parts used, and recommendations for future service
- Provide excellent customer service and liaise with clients to understand their needs
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with industry regulations and standards
- Formal training or certification in air conditioning and refrigeration
- Minimum 3 years' experience as an Aircon Technician, preferably in the commercial/industrial sector
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently
- Good communication and customer service skills to liaise with clients
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Commitment to safety and attention to detail
