Order Management Executive

About the role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Order Management Executive to join the team at BD Agriculture (Philippines) Inc. In this full-time role based in Ortigas, Pasig City, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for overseeing the order management process to ensure seamless delivery of products to our customers.
What you'll be doing- Manage the complete order-to-cash cycle, from order placement to delivery and invoicing
- Process and track orders, monitor inventory levels, and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery
- Liaise with customers to provide updates on order status and address any queries or concerns
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to orders and inventory
- Assist with inventory management and work closely with the procurement team to optimise stock levels
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar order management or sales coordinator role.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Proficient in using relevant software and tools for order processing and inventory management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers and internal stakeholders
- Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to identify and resolve issues efficiently
- Familiarity with sales coordination and inventory management processes
