- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles
- At least 3 years of experience in account and client management, with proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with US-based clients
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members
- Experience in participating in client meetings, calibration calls, and strategic discussions
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a data-driven approach to recruitment
- In-depth knowledge of industry trends, recruitment best practices, and emerging technologies
- Highly proactive, independent, and results-driven in approach
What You'll Be Doing
Account and Client Management:
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and the organization
- Keep communication lines open to ensure clients are fully aligned with their business goals
- Oversee multiple client accounts and ensure high levels of service delivery, satisfaction, and engagement through regular updates and performance reviews
- Provide clients with detailed reports and insights on recruitment metrics, trends, and outcomes
- Address and resolve client issues promptly to ensure a seamless recruitment experience
- Assess client requirements and provide expert consulting on talent acquisition best practices
Client Engagement:
- Join client meetings, calibration calls, and strategic discussions to understand goals and deliver insights
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client relationships and exceed expectations
- Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key client stakeholders
- Deliver customized recruitment solutions based on client needs
End-to-End Recruitment Support:
- Assist the recruitment team in all stages of the process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, assessment, and offer negotiation
Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with stakeholders to address concerns and provide timely solutions
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand evolving needs and provide continuous updates and feedback
Other Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative and non-administrative tasks as assigned by the company's representatives through written or verbal instruction
