About the Role

ReadiNow is seeking a Technical and functional QA Tester (Hands-On) - Remote who will test web, and backend systems to achieve the best quality for our customers.

The ideal candidate has worked in a scaleup or a medium sized organisations and has both functional and technical experience in a dynamic, rapidly changing environments

• Execute complex functional testing including
• UI and business logic testing
• Build functional test environments and test data harnesses.
• Participate in AI Agent testing and other AI capabilities testing
• Execute technical testing including:
• Platform setup and verification using scripts
• Database migrations and database testing using simple T-SQL statements
• Platform configuration using UI tools and XML files.
• Be part of the team Improving the QA technologies and processes to increase QA automation.
• Reproduce customer bugs in test environments
• Be a team player:
• Participate in agile ceremonies and proactively address testing risks and requirements, collaborating with developers and product managers.
• Act as the team SME supporting the PO in business decisions.

• Minimum of 3 years experience in Software QA
• Strong expertise in manual testing and knowledge of manual testing best practices
• Experience testing B2B applications
• Technical experience in some of the following areas:
• Test automation (Cypress / Selenium / Playwright_
• Scripting (Typescript / javascript/ PowerShell)
• Database: Sql (basic T-SQL knowledge)
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Experience working in Agile development environment on a small to medium scale organisation
• Experience working with international teams (ideally Australian based teams)
• Experience working with CI CD environments, building and deploying software to different environments
• Experience with JIRA / Azure Dev Ops for SDLC and AgileText / X-Ray / Zephyr for bug managemen

Desirable Experience:

• AI testing – Utilising claude code using playwright
• AI Agents – testing AI Agents integrated into a B2B product
• Experience with No code platforms (Salesforce/ServiceNow/MSFT Power Platform)
