Mid-Senior Full-Stack Developer (AI Automation System)

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Full-Stack Developer to lead the build of a cutting-edge AI-powered data extraction and automation system. This product will process call transcripts and PDF documents, extract structured data using AI/NLP, and pre-fill web and desktop forms automatically, transforming the way businesses handle data entry and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop backend infrastructure (APIs, server logic, secure data handling).
• Integrate with phone system APIs (e.g., Ringover, Aircall) to fetch call transcripts.
• Implement PDF ingestion using OCR or third-party APIs (e.g., Textract, Document AI).
• Build and integrate NLP-based data extraction modules.
• Develop browser and desktop auto-fill logic for form population.
• Create secure data deletion and re-fetch functionality.
• Build user-friendly frontend UI for document upload, transcript review, data review, and privacy settings.
• Implement strong security practices (encryption, access control, logging).
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a full-stack developer (Node.js, Python, or similar backend; React, Vue, or similar frontend).
• Experience integrating third-party APIs (e.g., VoIP, OCR, NLP services).
• Strong knowledge of database design and secure data handling.
• Familiarity with AI or NLP integration (preferred but not strictly required, willingness to learn is key).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Understanding of data privacy and security best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Good communication skills (written and spoken English).

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with browser automation or desktop app automation.
• Prior experience in telephony or VoIP systems.
