• Expected salary: ₱25,000 per month

Assigned countries: Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore, Vietnam Myanmar, Cambodia & Laos

Will provide you full training on what to speak and what needs to be done

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products or services.
• Understand customer needs and tailor product offerings to meet those requirements.
• Answer inbound inquiries and provide detailed information about products and services.
• Track and report progress towards sales targets and objectives.
• Stay updated on product features, pricing, and promotions.
• Educate customers about the benefits and features of the offerings
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Handle objections and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
• Record detailed call notes and customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Prepare reports on sales activities and outcomes.

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in telemarketing or inside sales.
• Good negotiation and persuasive selling skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer proficiency.
