SAP ABAP Senior Developer

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyze technical and business requirements and translate these into basic and detailed technical design and solution.
• Participate, conduct and lead feasibility study, research and development, prototyping and proof of concept (PoC) in implementing new/existing systems, solutions and processes.
• Participate and lead in the technical and project documentation such as but not limited to functional, system and technical design, requirements and specifications.
• Develop and review codes, programs and configurations to verify consistency and conformance with established programming and industry standards, guidelines, policies and practices.
• Conduct incident, error and problem analysis from simple to complex, gather data, investigate, resolve issues, and provide technical consultancy, solution, assistance and support.
• Participate, collaborate and lead the team of ABAP developers and work with SAP users, SAP functional, SAP Basis, business analyst, quality assurance/quality control analyst in the gathering of user requirements and specifications
• Take part in the application's or the technological architecture's component transfers to the testers.
• Resolve any issues with performance and flaws found during testing.
• Keep a record of the application to make maintenance easier.
• Create, develop, and configure software systems to satisfy end-user and/or market needs. This can be done for a specific lifecycle phase or from start to finish, encompassing analysis, design implementation, quality assurance (including testing), delivery, and maintenance of the software product or system.

• Carry out component or unit testing.
• Take part in integration testing.
• Offer assistance during the UAT.
• Assist with the deployment planning process.

QUALIFICATIONS:

 A.  Minimum Education

• Minimum of 5 year of SAP ABAP experience
• At least 3 Full Cycle Implementation Work Experience. In the case of Applications and Operations Support a work experience equivalency evaluation should be performed, but should be commensurate to the aforementioned experience.
• Background in Agile or Waterfall implementation methodology
• In-depth knowledge in WRICEF, HCM ABAP coding, OOP
• Knowledgeable with CDS, ODATA, Fiori/UI5
• Experience handling a team
• In-depth Knowledgeable in SAP Scripts, Smartforms, RFCs, BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, Enhancement Points, Dialog Programming, IDOCs, SPAU/SPDD, LSMW and OSS notes Implementation.
