Quality Assurance Engineer

About the role

As a Quality Engineer, you will play a key part in ensuring the highest standards of product quality and customer satisfaction.

• Developing, implementing and continuously improving quality control systems and procedures
• Supervises the Quality Control and Quality System Section
• Provides tactical directions, monitor and control QA Team activities- both operational and team development in the successful accomplishment of Plant and process goals
• Implements inspection of incoming parts and outgoing product standards thru inspection.
• Implements audit on in- process assembly and testing to ensure compliance to set manufacturing standards
• Responsible for ensuring/ supervising all standard in QMS, EMS, HSPM, OSHAS, EICC are in compliance and certification requirement are met and up to date.

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering preferably BSECE, BSEE, BSCOE, preferably licensed engineer.
• Fresh graduate or at least 2 years of experience in a quality assurance or control role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams
• Working knowledge of quality management systems, statistical process control and lean manufacturing principles
• Knowledgeable in SAP, Excel and PPT
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
