About the role

Charte Consultancy Corporation is seeking a driven and experienced Social Investment Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis. This role will be based in Taguig City, Metro Manila and will play a key part in our efforts to support Shell Pilipinas Corporation and Pilipinas Shell Foundation Inc.

also known as "client". As a Social Investment Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing social investment initiatives that create positive change and improve the lives of our beneficiaries.

What you'll be doing
  1. Develop and manage social investment programs and initiatives that address the needs of Client Corporate Relation
  2. Collaborate with community partners, stakeholders and beneficiaries to identify and address priority social issues
  3. Monitor and evaluate the impact of social investment programs, reporting on outcomes and recommending improvements
  4. Ensure social investment activities are aligned with Client's strategic goals and objectives
  5. Manage budgets and resources for social investment initiatives
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, non-profit organisations and the local community
  7. Contribute to the development of Client's social responsibility and sustainability strategies
What we're looking for
  1. Relevant degree in Social Work, Community Development, or a related field
  2. Minimum 3 years' experience in social investment, community development or project management
  3. Strong understanding of the aged and disabled community and their unique needs
  4. Excellent communication, stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  5. Proven track record of designing, implementing and evaluating successful social investment programs
  6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently
  7. Proficient in project management, budgeting and reporting
  8. Passion for making a positive difference in the lives of vulnerable communities
