- Ensure proper labeling, organization, and stock rotation within the warehouse.
- Enforce strict adherence to company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, address potential hazards, and lead by example in safety practices.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to minimize risks.
- Track key warehouse metrics (e.g., order accuracy, on-time shipment, inventory turnover) and report to the Warehouse Manager
- Collaborate with other departments (purchasing, sales) to ensure alignment and address any supply chain issues promptly.
