Job Description
We are looking for Customer Service Representatives for Voice and Blended Accounts in Makati. Successful candidates will handle customer concerns through phone, chat, and email support while providing excellent customer service and accurate resolutions.
Responsibilities- Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Document customer interactions in the system.
- Meet quality assurance and productivity targets.
- At least Senior High School Graduate.
- Must have at least 3 months BPO experience.
- Good English communication skills.
- Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules.
- Willing to work onsite in Makati.
- Up to ₱30,000 Salary Package
