Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (PH Time) or 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (NSW, AU Time)

Salary: Php 30,000.00 – Php 45,000.00

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A REAL ESTATE APPOINTMENT SETTER

Your Responsibilities as Real Estate Appointment Setter would be:

• Conduct outbound calls to leads generated through purchased databases as well as cold prospecting.
• Qualify leads and book appointments with potential property buyers, sellers, or investors.
• Use scripts and follow communication techniques to initiate conversations and build rapport.
• Maintain and update CRM systems with detailed notes of all communications and appointments set.
• Coordinate with real estate agents to ensure seamless appointment scheduling.
• Understand the geography and real estate dynamics of Sydney suburbs.
• Support marketing and lead nurturing campaigns where necessary.
• Report on call performance, lead quality, and conversion metrics.

Qualifications as Real Estate Appointment Setter:

• Experience in outbound calling, preferably in a real estate setting.
• Familiarity with the Australian real estate market and property-related terminology.
• Knowledge of Sydney's suburbs and general layout is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent spoken English with a confident phone presence.
• Self-motivated, persistent, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and appointment scheduling software.
