We are hiring a Senior Quantity Surveyor with strong post-contract experience in high-end interior fit-out and joinery projects.

Requirements:

Proven post-contract experience in luxury interior fit-out and joinery projects.
Proficient in PlanSwift and Microsoft Excel.
Strong background in preparing and analyzing Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
Must be available to join immediately.
Willing to work night shift (to align with client timezone).
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
