The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily fleet operations, vehicle maintenance, and transportation activities to ensure efficient and safe operations. The role requires strong knowledge in vehicle troubleshooting, fleet management, logistics, and transportation compliance.The ideal candidate is a college graduate, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, with at least one to two (1–2) years of relevant experience in logistics, manufacturing, or fleet operations. The position also requires proficiency in logistics management systems and Microsoft Office applications, as well as strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to effectively manage drivers, optimize routes, and respond to operational concerns and emergency situations.
Qualifications/Requirements- College graduate, preferably in Mechanical Engineering
- With one to two (1-2) years' experience in Vehicle troubleshooting, Fleet Management, and Logistics or Manufacturing Operations.
- Solid knowledge of transportation regulations, fuel logistics, and safety standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
- Proficiency in logistics management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of fleet management, route optimization, and driver scheduling.
