PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

As a Record to Report Senior Team Lead, you will ensure compliance with financial key controls, policies, and regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute general accounting processes (journals, allocations, monthly reporting, issue resolution).
  • Prepare and post journal entries and adjustments.
  • Analyze and reconcile Balance Sheet accounts.
  • Recommend improvements to ensure accurate, complete, and timely accounting in compliance with applicable GAAP and policies.
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure completeness, accuracy, and validity of financial data.
  • Provide sound financial advice, support, and technical expertise to team members and business partners.

Qualifications
  • Education: A minimum of a bachelor’s level degree or equivalent is required, preferably in accounting or finance
  • Certification: CPA is a plus but not required.
  • Experience in Record-to-Report or General Accounting processes (experience in compensation and benefits is a plus)
  • Minimum 6-7 years of professional experience
  • Open to work in flexible shifts to align with global or regional responsibilities (Americas / EMEA / Asia)
  • Above basic skill in using standard Microsoft tools including excel and MS Teams
  • Can manage multiple priorities, be very organized and work efficiently to tight deadlines.
  • Open to new ideas, rapid change and embracing new technologies.
  • Experience in a Shared Service or BPO organization.
  • Experience in SAP.
  • Experience in participating in Continuous Improvement initiatives.
