Warehouse Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff (pickers, packers, forklift drivers, etc.)
• Ensure timely and accurate receiving, storing, shipping, and inventory control.
• Monitor employee performance, provide training, and conduct performance evaluations.
• Implement and enforce safety procedures and company policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
• Use warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking inventory and productivity.
• Coordinate with other departments (logistics, purchasing, customer service) for smooth operations.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to shipping delays, damaged goods, or inventory discrepancies.
• Generate reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and employee productivity.
• Plan labor needs and manage shift scheduling.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Proven experience in warehouse or logistics operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
