Sales Development Representative - Muntinlupa

We're a SAAS platform specialised in Veterinary Software and service 800 customers around the world since 2006. We have recently been acquired by Constellation Software (Toronto Stock Exchange: CSU) in 2023 and are gearing up for even more growth.

Requirements
  • 2 Years of Sales Experience with the Australia, NZ or UK market.
  • Ability to do outbound and handle inbound calls
  • CRM Software Proficiency – Good writing and reporting skills, data driven, and has solid attention to detail. Experience with tools like HubSpot or Zoho CRM.
  • Time Management & Organization – Be well presented and extremely well organised in approach. Handling multiple leads efficiently.
  • Strong Communication & Persuasion – Ability to engage prospects effectively.
  • Active Listening & Empathy – Understanding customer needs and concerns.
  • Resilience & Adaptability – Ability to handle rejection and maintain motivation.

Key Responsibilities

Outreach & Engagement
  • Help identify and make contact with new name leads across ANZ, Singapore, and the UK.
  • Make a high volume of outbound calls to already identified prospects.
  • Qualify leads by assessing their interest, need, and budget.
Sales & Appointment Setting
  • Follow call scripts and company guidelines while maintaining a natural conversational flow.
  • Present products or services persuasively to prospects.
  • Answer customer questions and address objections effectively.
  • Schedule appointments for product demonstrations for the sales team.
Database & CRM Management
  • Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system (HubSpot) with lead data.
  • Update lead contact information and lead status.
  • Ensure accurate notes and up-to-date records of all interactions with leads.
  • Track call performance metrics such as conversion rates and follow up effectiveness.
  • Provide feedback on prospect common points of pain and objections.
  • Suggest improvement to call script or lead qualification process.
